Step 9: Downloading in .CSV Format
Seller leads are provided in a .csv (comma delimited) format. This format is widely compatible and can be seamlessly imported into various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, phone dialers, and marketing automation tools. The .csv file contains essential details about potential sellers, such as their contact information and property specifics.
Step 10: Integrating with Your Tools
With the downloaded .csv file in hand, integrate the leads into your preferred tools. Import them into your CRM to keep track of your interactions, schedule follow-ups, and nurture potential listings. If you're utilizing a phone dialer or marketing automation system, importing the .csv file will allow you to initiate targeted outreach campaigns effectively.
