      How do I reset my password?

      To reset your password for The Share Group web portal, follow these steps:

      1. Navigate to the Sign-In page. https://prod.portal.theshare.group/signin
      2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link.

      3. Enter the email address you used for your account in the provided field.
      4. Click on the "RESET PASSWORD" button.

      5. Check your email for a message from no-reply@verificationemail.com (The Share Group). This email will contain a 6-digit confirmation code.

      6. Follow this link, https://prod.portal.theshare.group/forgotpasswordsubmit, or return to the password reset page.
      7. Enter your email address again, along with the 6-digit confirmation code received in your email.
      8. Set your new password as prompted. Ensure that your new password is strong and secure, ideally containing a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.  
      9. Click "RESET PASSWORD".
