This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue refunds or replace leads.
Eligibility for Lead Replacement:
We understand that inaccurate or outdated lead information can be frustrating and counterproductive. That's why we offer a lead replacement policy that ensures you're equipped with the right data to fuel your business growth.
We have two requests.
- You must purchase at least 1,000 leads.
- You must call them within 90 days of delivery.
If you ever encounter leads with incorrect details, we're here to make things right. Our customer support team will gladly assist you.
Please provide the records to our team that didn't connect and we will make it right. If any information is indeed off the mark, we'll promptly replace those leads for you.
The best part? There's no need to worry about extra costs – this service is on us.
