- Owner-First, Owner-Middle, Owner-Last: The full name of the property owner.
- Owner-Address, Owner-City, Owner-State, Owner-Zip, Owner-Zip4: Complete postal address of the owner.
- Owner-Phone, Owner-PhoneType, Owner-PhoneDNC: Primary phone number, its type (e.g., Wireless, Landline), and Do Not Call (DNC) status.
- Owner-Phone2, Owner-PhoneType2, Owner-PhoneDNC2: Secondary phone number with its type and DNC status.
- Owner-Email: Email address of the property owner.

CENSUS TRACT: A geographic region defined for the purpose of taking a census. It usually includes Census Tract numbers, Block numbers, and Block Suffixes, as established by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

CITY: The name of the city associated with the property's location.

COUNTY USE 1: The primary land use category of a parcel as determined by the county or local taxing authority.

COUNTY USE 2: A secondary land use category for a parcel, also determined by the local taxing authority.

DIRECTION: The directional part of an address, often indicating the compass point (e.g., North, South) relative to the street name.

DOCUMENT/YEAR: The year in which a document related to a sales transaction was recorded.

FIPS CODE: Federal Information Processing Standards codes are numerical identifiers assigned by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. They are used to uniquely identify counties and county-equivalent entities in the United States.

FIPS SUB CODE: A secondary classification within a FIPS code, providing additional geographic or administrative detail about a jurisdiction.

FORMATTED APN: The Assessor's Parcel Number presented in a standardized format, often including dashes or decimals for easier reading and identification.

RANGE: In geographical surveying, this refers to the east or west segment of a grid used to define property locations, typically measured in six-mile intervals from a principal meridian.
